Hello. My new project is the AMT Mack R685st 1:25 of 2008. I'll build it OOB, but may be that he still gets a Sleeper. That is the kid . Photoetch Parts for Mack R600 from KFS London. So I paintshop him. I started with the frame. The engine was already started. Dashboard. That's it for now. Wish you all a nice weekend. Greetings from Berlin Björn

Bjorn, That looks to be a choice for a project. I like the photo etch set, it looks very nice. As to the sleeper. To my knowledge, not to many of those trucks had them. All the ones I saw were either daycab tractors or dumptrucks. And adding the sleeper would mean a maajor modification to the front wall of the sleeper due to the offset cab. But it would be interesting!

Looking nice so far. I like the color you've picked out.
Gator, this is an R-Series, not a DM. No offset cab. An aftermarket Mercury sleeper would look nice.

Hi there. Today there is only a small update of my Mack. The Mack gets no chrome rims. The rims are from a different Mack R600 kit. The engine is not painted in gold. But in two shades of gray from Revell. Greetings Björn

Hi. The building on Mack continued. The seats were painted. The frame now looks like this. The dashboard was painted and glued. The front tires were painted only the clearcoat missing. The cab was primed. The hood has also been primed and painted. Clear coat comes in a few days. Greetings from Berlin. Björn

Hi there. Thanks for the answers and that you like the color. The frame is finished and can be painted. The tires got their second color. The hood is also almost finished. At the cabin we went too. That's it for today. Greetings Björn
